01 / WHO WE ARE

Small-company attention.
Big results.

Kerrick Construction is a family-owned contractor focused on municipal site improvements in Hampton Roads. Our work spans parks, waterfronts, athletic fields, sports courts, and public facilities. We lead the sitework and coordinate trusted specialty subcontractors for the trades each project requires.

We work through grades, drainage, and construction details before they reach the field, then carry that preparation into layout and construction. Experienced crews, machine-guided equipment, and coordinated project management put that planning to work.

03 / BEHIND THE FINISH

The work you see starts
with the work you don’t.

A successful improvement depends on the preparation beneath it and the details that finish it. We carry that attention from grading, drainage, and foundations through the final surfaces and site features.

04 / HOW WE WORK

Practical experience.
Technical attention.

Our approach combines a coordinated schedule, clear responsibilities, and timely decisions. We help owners work through field conditions and changes while keeping the project requirements in view.

01

Understand the site.

Understand the intended use and the constraints of the existing site. Review grades, drainage, access, and adjacent facilities so the construction approach fits the project.

02

Work out the details.

Translate the plans into layout, elevations, sequencing, and tie-ins. Coordinate crews and specialty subcontractors around the schedule and resolve conflicts before they affect the next phase.

03

Check and control as we build.

Verify layout and elevations, check installations against the requirements, and address field issues as they arise. Maintain that attention through the final details.

05 / OUR ROOTS

Family roots.
Local commitment.

Mark, Brent, and Joe Kerrick founded Kerrick Construction in July 2003. Since then, municipal construction has shaped our experience and the way we work.

We aim to be a practical resource for our clients: understand the need, work through the constraints, and see the construction through. That approach carries from a focused site repair to a larger improvement project.
